Move the config to includes out of your install folder and then delete the install folder.

You move config.php (just copy the file) go to inc folder paste it there. delete install folder then done.

You have not copied the config folder into your includes folder.

Wowz, just a simple fix, after you install your cms

You must be registered for see links

you put all your dets, then you go into the "install" folder then "cut" the config.php file then paste it into the "includes" folder. After all that you may delete your "Install" folder, for security.

Pretty simple, Go into your htdocs (this is htdocs)>

Then go into install folder, copy config.php
Go to Includes and paste config.php in it
It might say to replace do so.
Then delete the install folder! your good to go!

Edit config.php in your emu stuff. Go into housekeeping >> settings change ports to 30000 and 30001
