On Arcturus Morningstar, you could formally use beeimg to host ads background. But it seems like it's no longer working. What are the alternative you guys are using?

Hey.

Make sure:

  • Upload the image in your c_images folder in SWF's folder. Create the folder room_ads and put it there.
  • Make sure you remove the ads.domain from external variables / override_variables
  • Make sure the link in-client on the ads_background is like /swf/c_images/room_ads/image.png and not http:// or https:// in front of it.
  • Try developer console to see if it can reach the image.

Let me know if this worked.

If you wish to use external images make sure crossdomain.xml set to allow from ALL, and the url in the image url box needs to start with '//' instead of the usual 'http'.

There isn't any flash browser right not that has Developer Console to inspect the errors, so I'll let you know. It took 3 days for beeimg to upload a ads bgm, so I found it rather a hassle. if I were to shift the ads per click, it's taking a few months.
