Adding custom ranks

So I can set it up in the db etc I just can't make it work on the staff page as the owners new rank is 8 instead of 7 all permissions have been set just wondering if I could get some help about this matter

Have you tried changing the staff query to 8 instead of 7
FROM users WHERE rank = '7'
Change to a 8
