You'll need to find those enables that don't have characters in them; I did a little research, and you would have found this easily before going to a Help Topic, just search "Devbest how to add an enable" and it pops up.
Props go to Mythic
1 - Download the SWF and put the SWF in your PRODUCTION Directory
2 - Add the effect to your effectmap.xml (something like - <effect id="300" lib="Cuf" type="fx" "revision="60559"/> -) [Effectmap.xml should be in your gamedata directory)
3. Clear your cache and reload the emulator, and load the hotel and try the enable you added.

On the same thread you do have people getting issues from this; my guess is that someone duplicated the number that belongs to another enable, so choose a number that's not chosen.
