Answer to that is, as long as your computer is online your hotel will be up. However, this depends on if you have portforwarded correctly. So if you have portforwarded correctly you will not need to buy a VPS.

Ohhhh i am planing on making A retro and i have no money at all.. Do u kno Hw to portforward or do u kno anyone that kno hw to can u plzz help?

First, figure out which router you have. Then go to

and find your router. From there, you will be able to learn how to portforward. Most important port you need to portforward is port 80 (apache).
