Hey there.
So, I've recently re-installed Windows7 from my old OS, Windows 8. Everything seems fine, but there is two problems that are annoying me like shit.

So, basicly anything that I try to pin to the start menu, or taskbar, don't show. On my taskbar, only items that are open will display. (And yes, I do know how to pin an item xD.)
I have never had this problem before, maybe you guys could help.
