76% Stuck.

Before you ask I have tried almost EVERYTHING!
I have checked ALL the variables, Config for both CMS and PlusEMU and even ensured all SETTINGS in the DB are correct.
The 76% Stuck is doing my nuttin now as i have tried almost everything,
anyone got any ideas as to why it still isnt working?

I know you wrote "i have tried everything" but did you allso tryed another browser og in incognito mode (maybe miss spelling)?
Im not sure this help, but i recall an answer i got once, and when i changed browser i came online.

Did you open your incoming port?

Abbreviating on what JayCustom said. It may be worth allowing the port (80), (3306), (30000) (30001) Through your Windows Firewall. Or if your on a local machine (Non VPS) Then port forwarding those particular ports through your router.

Double check the connection information in your CMS Settings as well, are you sure that it says your VPS IP?

Also, look at your emulator config and make sure that your binding the correct IP Address, i.e. your public IP rather than your local ip.
