404 error

i am building a rev cms reto
revcms/iis/navicat/r63/phx

when i click on enter hotel its goes to the end then gives back a 404 error on my vps phx its says that ive tried to connect twice but dropped. someone said it might be my external variables here mines :

Its Not The Externals Check your config.php to make sure everything is correct then check client.php check the ip to see if its not diffrent. Next I think the r63 is in a wrong area
