#1062 - Duplicate entry 'hole1x1' for key 'item_name'

This has been happening to alot of my items.

When I try to add stuff to my DB it comes up with the error
#1062 - Duplicate entry 'hole1x1' for key 'item_name'
(Im using the Blackhole 1x1)

Can anyone help?

Means it is already got a data named that in the database.

Are we seriously this stupid?

Duplicate - Means Second or Copy
Entry - Something in the database
'hole1x1' - The thing your trying to add
key - Column
'item_name' - The actual column its affecting..

So Obviously this furniture already exists.
