Advertising on other small hotels really isn't the smartest thing to do, especially when starting up. I would suggest advertising on big hotels seeing as how they actually have users? Lol

After a look around, the management is decent and seems to put their community first. It's a very "common" hotel (with Phoenix) but the CMS is nice.
