Ive spent the past few days looking around R63a files but usually come to a dead end with broken links or very outdated files.
Could someone help me out by pointing me in the wrong direction or providing me with some decent links for an emulator and swfs? I know r63 is pretty old...

Pretty new to setting up IIS, i believe i have set it up correctly as when I loaded localhost it worked fine. As soon as i added my cms and set up everything, when i load up localhost it just gives me an error page as shown below. Any one know how to fix or what the issue is?
