Is server_landing a table in your database? If it is, add a new entry in the table and it should work.

If you reload, does the duplication go away/vanish?

Considering the thread has been locked so nobody can reply, it seems as if the project may have been disbanded or discontinued as it seems as if the user’s GitHub was made private.

It seems as if you’ll have to make your own register.php as the project was discontinued and the original owner no longer has it.
