Instead of spamming, I'll go through and tell you what I think is wrong.
The background color doesn't match anything.
Don't use 3-4px rounded borders. If you're going to use them, then use 8px+.
The "Maintenance" image isn't very Habbo-ey, and it doesn't match the rest of the page.

Fangirlism to me isn't bad. There are loads of cool people on sites like Tumblr or Wattpad that actually find a fandom and express their interests is an intellectual way (e.g. making GIFs, stories, videos, etc). The only part where it goes to far is when you're over 30, or love that fandom so...
I don't really like the font period...

The colors aren't very good either, I'd use a deeper red.
DNSBLs in this day and age are not efficient. Note in this that the scripts used to exploit RetrosList/FindRetros before would go through a different proxy each time, although it would ultimately depend on the quality of your proxy list if there was a DNSBL.
I've elaborated on other threads...
There was a neat Ubuntu package that I've used that lets you record your screen via the terminal (pre-determined width, heigh, length, etc) and it produced a .gif and saved it to a certain directory. It would be super-neat if you implemented that somehow in a simpler way, I don't know of any...
Example. A website template is released under the MIT software license. Under that license, you're allowed to re-release, sell, and distribute the website template as long as you retain the original copyright notice. If someone wanted to put that on Devbest's web market (although I don't really...
