I had the normal version installed, so I replaced the original GTAIV.exe with the given crack from you, and when I open it, it gives me first the CMD window, then the rockstar window, and when I log in, I need to put in a serial for online and/or offline activation.. Any Help? :$

You need to have virtualization software like XEN, Hyper-V, ... This will 'split up' Your Dedicated Server in little pieces called VPS :).
