Download the skin and put the Custom-Habbo folder in app/tpl/skins
Once you've done that, go to app/management and open config.php and find the skin configuration somewhere near the bottom.
Replace whatever's there such as Habbo or Mango to Custom-Habbo.
The swfs provided in the full RevCMS download are for Phoenix. The pages are working on my hotel but we're using r63. I never tested the CMS with an r63b emulator.
I only edited this, I never combined anything.

I've had this so many times on my hotel but I can't remember how I fixed it. The best that I can ask you to do is clear your cache.
If you've already done that, well I guess someone with a little more knowledge should know how to fix it.
