for a good hosted radio that wont lag your computer, you need a paid one. there are free alternatives but arent as good. A kinda ok icecast is http://caster.fm

For quality of streaming : Icecast For Addons and better userbility : Shoutast. I prefer shoutcast as its usaly cheaper. http://makeavoice.com/shoutcast/ Are Great. i reccomend looking at the trial of the pannel and seeing how user freindly it is. I love makeavoice.
