I'm not really providing fixes for it, since I'm not responsible for how people install it, and its not even a finished release yet, more if people wanted to use some code for it etc.

Well for all the 100's of different retros I've tried over the past 4 years (created my Habbo user back in 2007 when I was 7 lol), the only issues have been the immature staff running the hotel and their shitty economy, in my opinion the only economy that works for casino-based retros, is...
People are online because other people are online. Even if the hotel was shit, if it was the one with most online users, it'll be that way. It's simple human logic. People still use Facebook even though their information gets sold on the black market, and to advertisers and spying. People dont...
Not exactly what I meant by that, but true and false, your retro is not great because of the userbase. Is Fresh Hotel great? No. Is Habboon great? No. They just have a big userbase, even though their website couldn't be more awful.

Haven't converted it to web.config yet, but you can find a simple converter online. I will be converting it to nginx soon, since I'm switching from Apache to Nginx and HHVM.
It's PDO, have you enabled PDO in your php.ini?
Easy fix, I will help you once I get home, if you're capable of waiting some hours. I already got this coded on my old cms with the same theme, if you cannot wait, search this forum for LucidCMS and once downloaded navigate to exoncms and find the support.php file.

Exactly, that's one of the many reasons why I only release my CMS fully complete once I'm out of the Retro Community.

People who actually believe even paid CF can withstand a decent attack is stupid, their free edition cant even withstand 10gbps.
Look up zenmap and nmap for Kali Linux. You can still map the Proxy IP and receive the "hidden" server IP. Same logic as pinging a domain, but I still cannot get why...
Proxies doesn't count as protection wtf, as you can find the IP of a domain by pinging it, you can do that to a Proxy to show which IP its directed to. I use KFSensor and Bitninja running on a Linux machine using Nginx, HHVM and a Cloud SQL :-)
