It's a basic portfolio design, but it's a good start, I reckon :3
Depending on what browser you are using, go to your windows firewall >> Advanced Settings.
Check that no program has the same port or anything like that.
Also, make sure that google chrome or firefox or whatever has been allowed through both your private networks and public.
