No databases are stored in your C;\Xampp/MySQL . Which means you can bring your computer to another place, and the databases will be saved still because they are stored in your computer. ;)

Bulking furni is dependant on the database "catalogue_items". Not the swfs pack :P

For housekeeping? - yes. You willl be able to bulk furni from the catalogue editor.
