Simply don't use a proxy, and use something else instead e.g Bitninja.io for protection. You can easily resolve a reversed proxy if you got the tools anyway.

It's probably your external variables, or the way you're using "proxy.playprevs.com" it's not an IP but a subdomain hostname, and the emulator doesn't resolve hostnames, because it's coded to use a direct IP. Or you can simply just remove it and manually enter your server IP in the decompiled...
