Thats most likely www/client is his D/c url. Doesn't mean it's his emulator or swf could be both, if the client is running for long enough without connection it would just d.c you anyway.

My guess is %swf_base_dir% isn't defined, define that and %swf_base_dir% will work

if there not defined just define them just goto class.tpl.php :)
