Tried it, still nothing.

I changed the emulator to Phoenix 3.11.0 and I still edited ranks via the db, shut off emulator, and restarted it all, and I got this still (made my self rank 6.) http://prntscr.com/4b9nkn

I tried to add a rank into the Pheonix Emulator, (I added rank 8, and made the rank permission) but every time I try to type :commands, or change my clothes, then I D/C... Any ideas? Jordan.

I've had issues with my emulator over the past couple of days, my staff couldn't see the catalogue, the update catalogue command was broken, just all around causing major problems for me and the users... If someone can help me setup a hotel, not using GTE 3.0 Emulator, and not using GTE 3.0's...
