Ok, so I just portforwarded my retro, and I think I did it right, I mean I can go to my private IP adress that I set as 192.168.2.3 but when my users go to it and load the client it loads for awhile then says they cant connect?

I have a belkin router model number: F5D7234-4 V3 but I tried using portforward.com and Idk what to pick when it asked to select what program im wanting to forward ports from? Can anyone help me on TV?
