Keep the logos solid, doesn't look that good transparent but 7/10, try using a Volter Goldfish font :)

In your wwwroot, make sure the file isn't .HTACCESS, it needs to be web.config for IIS :)

These are quite nice if I'm honest! :) As you see most templates are habbo themed and these are not which makes them unique :)

In your emu config file, where you've put 127.0.0.1 or your hamachi ip, change it to "0.0.0.0" :)

Make sure you open firewall and if it is, is your emu receiving their connections?

Don't get what you mean exactly? Do you mean like, the exact same stuff but the background flipping through different ones?

Depends what sort of custom it is, for instance if it's a custom dino egg then take the sql from the original dino egg and use it for your custom one as well :)
