Ok, I've check the phoenix config file "don't know why, it wouldn't even start up if that wasn't correct witch it does do" and I've check the config file in app> management AND I've check the external_variables in the r63 file and it still doesn't seem to work, :(

I've tried 2-3 different cms due to thinking that was the problem and I've been over the config files over and over again and i still haven't notice any think wrong in them,

I've made a lot of hotels in the past but for some very odd reason this one i made "localhost" is stuffing up well not exactly stuffing up i just think I've done some thing wrong this time or not change some think but any way my problem is When i go to enter the client, it opens another window...
