Tip: You will not get staff by asking, you have to work and stick around the hotel for awhile, they will then notice all your hardwork at recruiting and helping users, and you're hired!

I would personally say R63.

I like this tutorial on how to create an R63 Habbo retro, but I think most hotels are transitioning to R63B.

I don't think this hotel is ready for staff, I mean you have 3 owners currently and about 2 normal ranked users online. What is your daily user count?
