Yes, but you also have more ports to fill that 3306 is the site port, you also have like MUS port and main port. eg. 22 & 21.

What ports did u put in the emulator config for the emulator to use? Also have you got MSN?

It might be that you have wrong ports on your emulator config and your housekeeping config or database. Also what Emulator are you using? Do you have MSN i might be able to help you further with it?
