Well there are 2 config files. First the emulator config files, which needs to be modified so that its connecting to the right db, using the right root pw and so on. Then there is the CMS config.

Hello. So everytime I relog the website this shit happens, i can't see the image until i right click and then open in new tab. then when i refesh the page teh avatar is there. This occurss in all browsers (ie mozilla, opera etc) and its just not me, this happens for other players aswell... And...

I'm pretty sure you get that error if you don't have XAMPP running, or when you have edited the config files wrong. Make sure it doesnt say 127.0.0.1 or localhost anywhere except the MySQL host if you are making it public
