So there's nothing wrong with your firewall or port forwarding it's something in configuration I would say just get new emu and CMS

Try your hotel on localhost (change all IPs to 127.0.0.1) to see if it is a problem with your firewall or port forwarding and not something else.

You're password or database name in config.php (C:\xampp\htdocs\app\management) is wrong, update it to the correct details.
