I would say helicon ape, or use URL rewrite to convert ASE .htaccess to web.config.

Modify database structure to work with the emulator you want to use.(Depending on what EMU you decide to use you might have to modify the EMU itself).

There is no decent roleplay files release I would advise you too. Learn to code and work on your own emulator. Use revcms just get it working the way you want it.(Or even make your own CMS) Don't use reality. Do all of the above and you will have a decent RP.
