I think your database is somewhat corrupt so it also gives the error to certain users, try making a new one

To add a theme you need to export the skin folder into htdocs > app > tpl > skins Then open config.php and change "Habbo" to the skin name.

Don't use xampp for your hotel, people will hack the shit out of you, and you will look nooby. IIS7 is good so use that
