Not quite sure if you know this... But Phoenix Emu already works! Follow a tutorial in the tutorials section on how to set up RevCMS and Phoenix emu

Why are you basing it from other databases such as uber or Phoenix? Their database structure is terrible. Why not build a conversion tool or something like that for the users, rooms and furniture etc?

The error tells you the problem, that "WWW" isnt a valid host for mysql!

127.0.0.1 is another way of typing localhost. You can find your actual IP at http://whatismyip.com You will need you portforward though (If you want access via your IP).

Your SWFs are fine, as you can connect. You need to set up your external variables!

You need to edit your external_variables.
