Because its on localhost, open the ports.

Make Sure the config has correct ports and passwords inserted, also make sure the ports are open, to get users to connect.

Depends on the emulator? Take it up with the people responsible for the emulation, E.g Phoenix=Otaku. etc

Thats a very common issue, please use the database inside the emulator, and not use these silly little edits such as "hobba" or "maj", Because there all bugged, haha.. So, also disable your securesession in database. and have a go.
