how do i stop web.config editing my ase and making it /ase/index.php?url=login

when i push my housekeeping tab it takes me to http://baddohotel.com/ase/login.php but to login i got to use http://baddohotel.com/ase/index.php?url=login how can i remove the index.php?url= part of it, also i have web.config and iss
