Proxy Sever or VPN

So my school blocked a whole bunch of sites today. So does anyone have a proxy I can use to bypass it? or a VPN

It doesn't allow me to install software at all. I can barely access any websites but this and a few others.

You can install a VPN as a extension in chrome such as hotspot sheild

We cant download things its blocked
