In the end it does not work with ssl in xaamp and neither does the hk panel. Any solutions?

Since I can make a retro habbo from scratch, I'm a newbie to php, javascript, html and css. I see many CMS and Emulators but I don't know how everything works and I would like to do something for myself. Best regards.
