Looks alright, get a decent background and it'd look better.

That looks pretty good but its not the sort of design that I like. Maybe get some nice bright colors that kind of match into a design? Not super bright colors but colors that are soft on the eyes.

it doesn't look great, I personally wouldn't use it. But because your only 40% done with it I won't say good or bad things about it yet..

I agree with Hmm, If your planning on using a free fansite layout please make some graphic edits, ect so that it looks a bit better.

I wouldn't recommend asking someone this.. It won't exactly be your hotel if someone else buys the VPS. If I was to buy the VPS I'd rather be Founder and you be Owner. (I'm not buying) What you should do is become friends with lots of technology people over a couple of months then offer...
