please help when i got to dcr>v26 on localhost it says
Access forbidden!

Check your .htaccess file. Anyway, this is most probably happened because of the corrupted installation. Reinstall it will make way better

I noticed that the Xampp link is updated.

Anyway, you all should try Wamp instead!
