What's your strangest fear?

As you've probably guessed from the title, I am going to ask you guys what your strangest fear is.

I'll show you two examples from my own fears.

Fear: Spiders
Reason for Fear: I don't know, I just hate them.
Age when Fear developed: As soon as I was at the age to know what they were really.
Have you ever tried to overcome your Fear/How?: Yeah, quite a few times. I've used Google to try and find some tips, and the most usual one was "Don't be scared, be angry at them, anger is more powerful than fear" - I guess you can say it's the most effective, but it doesn't work for me.

Fear: Clowns
Reason for Fear: Genuine Scary Freaks.
Age when Fear developed: Around 11-12
Have you ever tried to overcome your fear/How?: Have I fucked, I don't dare. :D

I know these aren't strange, but I don't really have any strange fears.

The reason i started to get scared of clowns was because sometimes i was left home alone with my older bro, he was dressing like clown then shutting down all the lights and then moved in the house like a ghost, then he started to scare the shit out of me, and then like when i'm sleeping he starts laughing like an evil clown just to scare me and wake me up with a clown figure next to me.

Baring in mind, one of them I seen, I've never met in my life, I described the figure to someone who lives across the road from me and he reckons it was his Dad, being as though his Dad lived in this house before me and worked down the pits. (When I think I saw the figure, he was wearing pit clothes with a black face - from the coal etc.)
But yeah, I've seen a few, each one has scared me, apart from the time I seen my Grandad, that didn't show any sign of fear.

Erm... At one point I was scared of motorways, sounds stupid. Well, I live in South Yorkshire (UK) and I was in Birmingham for the weekend (1hr 30min approx. drive) and on the way back we were flying down the M1 and there was a van swerving all over the roads, and occasionally came close to hitting us. My mum was driving and I was in the passenger, and I honestly thought I was going to die. After around 10 minutes we ended up, unfortunately, being directly behind the van, with him braking sharp randomly. I managed to persuade my mum to overtake the twat, but on the way round him he swerved causing us to have to swear into the concrete blocks in the center of the roads.
Time goes by, we get back into the Town where I live, and we seen the van, with the same registration plate, parked outside a house on the exact same street as me.

What about you, do you have any more?

I just do anything because I'm not the slightest bit scared, I'm scared of snakes though - But considering my uncle has a pet Jaguar (fav animal) in Brazil, I ride on it somethings. It goes so fast!

Also clowns used to be scary, I went to a circus and overcame my fear woo.

I used to be scared of dogs too, again, like you, I was about 8 when I developed the fear.
There's nothing to be scared of, believe me. My brother once came home with a dog and we ended up keeping him, fucking loved him, after that, I had no fear of dogs what so ever.
Don't be scared if they jump up, chase you - If you run, they'll only outrun you and become even more excited. Just stand still and let them run at you / past you, they wont hurt you, maybe bump into you a little on their way past if they're sprinting.
My dog used to pretend to "box" me, and sometimes he'd even snap for my face, but he'd never actually bite me. I'd put my hand in his mouth to see what he'd do a couple of times, and each time he'd just open his mouth as wide as possible and move away, because he knew not to bite me.
But yeah, once you overcome your fear of dogs, you'll probably love them. There's nothing to be worried about. Hope I helped
