This looks really bad, that Housekeeping is not only exploitable, if you de-rank someone from it, and their logged in to it, if they refresh the client the Mod Tools might be gone but the privilidges on the HK doesn't until the user logs out which can allow them to de-rank anyone and fuck around with any user.
