Hey all,
Starting to code and produce work again and just wondering if there is anything better than XAMPP (Will be doing general website design, working on retros so will need it to be compatible with RevCMS or Uber etc).

Not sure about all the tard stuff you mention as I haven't tried it.. I use WAMP though (when I actually need some sort of server/database).

XAMPP is merely a compilation of Apache, MySQL, PHP and Perl, so you can essentially just download them all. IIS and Nginx are probably good to look into, though, you would still have to add MySQL, PHP and Perl manually. ;)

Nginx

You'll have to install MySQL/MariaDB and PHP yourself, though.
