Xammp not working correctly!

Ok my xamp is not working, I Reinstalled it , restarted it,
Restarted my computer , it will not start.
I can see my site on local host but when i got to supremehotel.zapto.org it does not load.
Also it takes a long time to load when my internet connection is perfectly fine.
I checked my windows firewall, I check the ports .There is nothing incorrect.
It stopped working after i restarted my computer.
Also Apache and MYSQL is running .

i fixed it by it not connecting my ip changed.but now im getting this access error
