Workout Schedule?

If you even do this, I mean only like at your house workout no gym and machinery shit.

I just sort of push up, sit up and chair press, plus squat punches some shit I made up lol. You squat, hold something heavy and punch. Well tell me what you guys do so I can actually get some routine into it. :D

You need to cardio to mate, Well except if your skinny :p But is there any like order or certain amount?
