Working r63 swf pack

I have honestly searched everywhere for a working pack. I've downloaded about 7 so far and all seem to have a stupid problem here and there. For example call for help bugged. If someone could point me to a good pack I would be SOOOO grateful.

Also when I try to load my hotel it just sits at this screan. I'm running Phoenix 3.11.0
