Why is my retro so pixelated and ugly?

Maybe it's not but it does really looks pixelated to me..
any of you community knows how to fix this ^^

Your desktop settings. Go to your desktop background, right click, display settings. Most monitors are changing by default to render 125%, set it to 100% to correct it

Second that, he's zoomed out. Ctrl + Z I think on Chrome? If not Ctrl + Scroll whilst clicked in the top bar.
