why does i get ccs files if i download a DCR

if i download a DCR is get css or ccs files what must i do with that css or ccs files

CCT files are what makes the DCR's work.. As the vars is built to handle those CCT files/txt files the DCR's works for your retro. Do not do anything about the CCT's unless you know how to edit/handle CCT files. CSS files is VERY different as they are what keeps a layout to look like it's supposed.
