White Screen when entering URL/Local Host

My screen for retro is white (not the client), the website itself when I try use my IP or Localhost the screen is just blank??, I've followed 3 tutorials and everything else seems to have worked fine??

Have you made sure that you have configured your files correctly, and also check your webconfig

Yeah!, I followed 3 different tutorials on how to make one, they used to be so easy to make back in 2012 haha!, Nothing seems to have changed .... and I can't find webconfig??

Check your externalvariables in your Htdocs ?

Yeah, I've gone through all my files and i've correctly changed all url's

Don't worry about, going through other themes now, i've put them in the directory folder that seems to sort of work sept it doesn't let me log in or register, any idea?

Does it give you some sort of error on the register page, when you try?

and have you properly imported your database?
