Feedback Which Layout should I use?

I own a Old School Retro it's V18 and I have a new layout I showed some of my friends and some said they like it and the other said it sucks....

NOTE: The second layout the white box it's just because of my browser.

the second one looks better but you would have to put in a navigation bar or something for users to be able to navigate easier

Neither of them are great... but if you had to choose then the second one, definitely.

Yeah, I'll add a navigation bar and i'll add some pages.

The second one looks better because it's colorful where as on the first one the logo and background don't suit the actual layout. I'd go with the second one

I choose the first one because I like the tabs and the design.
