Essentails Eco, and BOSEconomy both work with ChestShop not sure about Jobs though.
Could try looking for an updated/picked up version.

It depends on what kind of server you want, most of the plug-ins already have been said. Stuff like anti-xray and MOB control are always good. Imo I would use Tekk!t.

Tekk!t is a modpack and not a plugin. Tekkit uses the Bukkit server to run.
