What is the best CMS other than RevCMS?

I'm looking for the best CMS that is not RevCMS. Nothing against RevCMS, I'd just rather download after it's out of the beta stage.

I want a CMS that works with Phoenix 3.9.0.

So far, Phoenix PHP is giving me SQL errors, Phoenix CF has a messed up client and can't find a fix and Roc CF, I cannot register. Oh, and zCMS is giving me errors too. Anything else?

UberCMS 2.0, UberCMS, PhoenixPHP, PhoenixCF (Most People Don't Use Phoenix CMS's Cause They are Full of Exploits), Delta CMS, Lots of Uber Edits, Cookie MS .. Just Google it or Look on The Opponent Forums.
